New year Update!

Happy New Year from our team at Zapenda!

We're grateful for an amazing year filled with fashions, travel, and growth. Thank you for joining us on this journey.

We're excited to announce that our holiday pop-up was a huge success and a game-changing move for our business. We enjoyed meeting many of you in real life and look forward to getting to know you even better this year.

We started Zapenda with the mission to create employment opportunities for talented tailors in Congo. With the success of our holiday pop-up, we were able to hire two new staff members in Congo, contracted local Detroit talent for our marketing efforts, and we were able to provide surgery for one of our Master Tailors.

Our product line has also grown, as we've added new artisans, sculptors, metalworkers, and artists from across the continent to our vendor list. We've become more connected to our community in Detroit and have had the privilege of dressing some truly inspiring individuals.

None of this would have been possible without the support of our customers. Thank you for lifting us up and allowing us to live out our dreams.
